1 cup of BiAglut Crackers or BiAglut Grissini, pulverized
¼ cup of parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated (can substitute in parmesan cheese)
½ teaspoon parsley, dried
¼ teaspoon onion flakes
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon oregano, dried
Salt and pepper to taste
Using a food processor, blender, or by rolling with a rolling pin betweensheets of waxed paper, make bread crumbs from BiAglut Crackers or BiAglut Grissini. When you have enough, set aside 1 cup of the bread crumbs. In a large mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, onion flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until ingredients are well incorporated. Use at once or store in an airtight container in your freezer.
Great for breading meat, fish, chicken, pork, and vegetables.
